Mwangi’s right-hand man on the executive team is Chief Operating Officer Sanjay Gandhi, a civil, structural and environmental engineer who has practiced in the oil and gas industry since 1990. A graduate of the University of London, he earned a BSc (Eng) Hons. Degree.

Some top health, safety and environmental (HSE) projects include: HSE audits for a multinational oil company in Kenya; an extension of a silos and food processing facility in Mombasa; remodeling of a petroleum station in Jomvu, Mombasa; a proposed bulk petroleum terminal and strategic storage in Nairobi; and a 100MW wind power project in Kajiado, Kenya.
